Natural birth

If you want to experience a natural and less medicated birth, here is some information to know before making this choice:

  • This type of birth reduces medical intervention, so it's without an epidural.
  • It's recommended to take childbirth preparation classes and to learn the right contraction signs to better tackle them.
  • Choose the right place to give birth, at home or in a maternity ward that is used to alternative practices.
  • Be aware that your delivery may be painful and may require medical intervention, so don't regard it as a failure, accept your own limitations instead.

I’m considering a natural birth guys! This is my third baby. And I’ve been doing a lot of research that there is a possibility of a natural birth with low pain. Has anybody giving birth naturally?

Those who did a natural birth how did you prepare your body and mind for a natural birth during pregnancy 🤰🏻

Personally I walked a lot, used the yoga ball, walked on a treadmill, and lots of yoga. I did a home birth and labor was super easy no tearing! It definitely hurt obviously but wasn’t bad. I had the mindset of if our ancestors could do it so can we! Our body’s are meant for labor and birthing babies naturally. I didn’t take any medication before or after and honestly it was amazing. It’s most definitely scary to think you won’t have anything to help the pain but trust your body! Having a good mindset going into the labor is what helped me the most. I hope that helps!

Natural, Epidural, or Water Birth?? What are you ladies considering? I’m considering natural with this child since I’ve went the epidural route with my 1st two children. Share your stories. 🤗🫶🏾🙌🏾 #birthstories

I’m thinking about it but I’m still on the fence. I have a high tolerance for pain but not quite sure how painful it is going naturally. My niece went natural last week and she pushed the pant out within 3 mins.

I've had 2 c sections as well, and my doctor said the same when I asked about having a natural birth this time around. It is possible, but the hard part is finding a doctor that will actually do it because there are few that will after the second c section because of the risk of hemorrhage. And being that you're 38 weeks, I'm not sure if you can even transfer care at this point, unfortunately. I know it sucks I was really upset about it, too, but the end goal is just to have baby here and healthy! Best of luck to you mama❤️

Should I get a epidural or have a natural birth ? Some people say natural birth doesn’t hurt like that but idk it depends on if I can take the pain I’m debating

im definitely doing an all natural birth, however, i was considering doing a natural WATER birth with a midwife as opposed to a natural birth in the hospital with an obgyn. it’s my first pregnancy and i guess i just wanted some advice on water births and birthing centers compared to hospital births. i really want to make my birth different and special and would like to avoid a hospital if possible. does anyone have any experience or insight?

I did a natural birth in a birthing center it was amazing I would recommend it for everyone if it was possible. I’m high risk this pregnancy and unfortunately can’t give birth there again however I will be providing the hospital with my birthing plan which almost follows the criteria for the birthing center. But I say go for it. It’s an amazing experience.

I know I’m only 7 weeks along but I gotta keep telling myself that I’m having a natural birth this time. No induction. No epidural. My body is built to birth ✨🤍
