Hello all! Just trying to relieve some of my anxiety. Any tips on how not to worry about having a miscarriage? ☹️ it’s my first ever pregnancy I’m currently 5 weeks, I keep testing everyday so I have like 20 positive tests at this point. I don’t really have any symptoms besides light cramping, I was told by a friend to not get too excited because miscarriages are more common then I think. Now unfortunately that thought has not left my mind. I can’t get into the doctors for another 3 weeks and I’m just so scared something will happen 😔

Think positive. You are healthy and this is a time for you to be happy and excited. Whoever told you that is not your friend and may be jealous. There is no reason to worry until your given one. You will have come and go symptoms and might have none at all. But it doesn’t mean you are in danger. A positive test doesn’t not mean a miscarriage didn’t happen. So you can stop testing love it may make you more anxious. A test can be positive 3 weeks or longer after a miscarriage. so try ti relax and be happy. I know it’s hard but you deserve to be happy about your first baby. It’s exciting. And congratulations 🎈

Stop worrying because your baby feels everything you feel. Stress is the one of the causes for miscarriages. You have to think positive and believe that God sent your blessing. If you want you can also get one of those heart monitors to monitor your baby heartbeat just to keep you calm. I promise I was like this in the beginning but due to my past experiences but also have a support system is good as well. It’s nothing like other pregnant women to have your back lol. Don’t worry! Your about to be a Mommy!!!!

Miscarriages are so cruel. Missed miscarriages are even crueler because you think everything is fine since you have no symptoms and weeks pass only to make it to your first scan and they see no growth. Your then stuck waiting weeks for confirmation. It is so tough being a woman. #miscarriage #missedmiscarriage

Yes, I know the feeling. I'm going to continue to take my prenatal vitamins. I hope that would help for next time

I just try to think positive. Because I've heard whatever I think that's what I'm sending to my baby and I need for him or her to be healthy and make it. I deal with it by taking a pregnancy test every morning lol sounds crazy as hell but I know baby is okay that way so I just have a happy day
