Am i pregnant or bloated, what pregnancy looks like ?

Pregnant with my 5th kid , I have a 10 , 8 , 6 and 1 year old , currently 9 weeks pregnant and I feel like I’m starting to show earlier than expected or maybe I’m just bloated .

I'm 9 weeks pregnant and everyone can clearly tell I'm pregnant before I even say anything. Is that because of the baby or because I'm bloated? This is my 3rd pregnancy, well 4th counting my miscarriage.
