What indicates a positive pregnancy test ?

Question? So have anyone tested positive for pregnancy through urine and blood with levels and when to get an ultrasound and there was no sac, no fetal pole or heart beat. If so what was the outcome and did you start spotting with lil strings of clot but no major flow. Lmp indicates 8 weeks

What dpo did you ladies get your positive? Currently at day 8 and still negative. Using MomMeds pregnancy test strips.

Can you get a faint positive test and then 2 days later have implantion bleeding ? My period isn't due until the 22nd.. when I wiped tonight it was very very light light pink nothing thar indicates period.. but who knows at this point..
