Brown discharge 6 weeks pregnant is it a sign of miscarriage ?

I’m about 6 weeks 2 days pregnant. On Sunday I went to the ER due to brown discharge and was told it’s a threatened miscarriage. They did see a baby and a heartbeat and my hcg was 59,000. Anyone else have that high of an hcg at 6 weeks? The discharge has mostly stopped, so I’m hopeful!

I'm extremely scared 6 months ago I miscarried I found out at 4 weeks I was pregnant I'm 6 weeks and 2 days today and I had light pink pinch of brown discharge last 2 times I went to the bathroom is this normal please tell me this isn't another miscarriage 😭😭😭

TMI - BUT I jus had some Light brown discharge 5 weeks pregnant & im worried asf rn anybody ever have this?
