What is the best position to sleep while pregnant?

Sleeping well when you're pregnant is not always easy! What position should you adopt to fall into the arms of Morpheus?

To feel comfortable during the night or during naps, it is recommended to sleep on your left side. This allows your blood to circulate better.

Your baby also loves this position, as it improves the passage of nutrients.

However, everyone has their own preferences when it comes to sleeping, so you can alternate positions to find the one that suits you best.

There are ergonomic pillows for every position.

Lay on your right side it also keeps acid reflux down because it’s harder for stomach acid to leak upwards into your esophagus if you lay on your right side

19 weeks pregnant and can't find a comfortable sleeping position. Sleep on my back, and I have horrible cramps on my backside. Sleep on my sides and it hurts my belly a little bit. Any tips or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. 😁

I just entered my third trimester and sleep just got a whole different level of difficult for me LOL I've been told put a pill between your knees or use a pregnancy pillow which I don't really care for those cuz I have a little bit scoliosis to my lower back but I feel you on the if I sleep on my back I feel like I can't breathe like my lungs are being compressed and on the sides I feel like the weight of my belly is pulling down my lower spine and clearly we can't sleep on our stomachs so I'm really not sure what the answer is either LOL

Hi guys!😆. Im 13 weeks pregnant and I been having problems sleeping. This pregnancy wasn't plan, I got pregnant while on the implant. This is my second baby. It feels so much different than my first one. I also know that sleeping on your left side is the best side to sleep on for the baby but I just can't, im so uncomfortable sleeping on the left side. Is this Nomar 🤔. Or am I the the only one.

32 weeks and I'm struggling to. My hips hurt from sleeping on the side and my vagina is so sore. I try tylenol but it only helps so much... plus she is so active
