SOS: hair loss after pregnancy

During pregnancy, your hair has never looked so good, thanks to the effect of hormones.

Unfortunately, don't get your hopes up, you won't have your mermaid hair for very long after giving birth. On the contrary, the significant drop in hormones leads to hair loss, which occurs two or three months after the birth of your baby.

Although it is not serious, this hair loss can be significant, so don't hesitate to talk to your doctor, who can prescribe a specific treatment as well as food supplements to pamper your hair.

Is any of you ever experienced hair loss during pregnancy? I’ve always heard about thicker fuller hair during pregnancy but seem to be having the opposite effect

So this is my second pregnancy, but it’s like I’m basically starting over again. I was 18 when I got pregnant with my son and I’m now 30 expecting a beautiful baby girl 🎀 This pregnancy is a complete different ball game then I remember with my son. One of the main things I’ve noticed is a lot of hair loss. I’m taking my prenatal vitamins and with my son I remember having just this full luscious head of hair and now with this pregnancy I feel like I’m balding and feel like a gremlin 😩 any other mamas experience hair loss while pregnant? If so how did y’all handle it ?

Anyone else experiencing hair loss during pregnancy? I know it's normal for postpartum, but I'm losing handfuls during pregnancy and I'm 15 weeks
