Anyone else loosing hair bad I called my ogbyn and she told me it could be postpartum hair loss and I thought it was from breastfeeding and they gave me prenatal tablets for it did it help anyone else’s that took them? And the hair in the picture of from where it come out when I ran my fingers through my hair

Hormones change the body to make it do weird things. It should turn back to normal shortly after pregnancy

Hair loss is Crazy. I wash my hair once a week and usually loose a good amount but after giving birth it was wayyy more. What can I use on my hair to help it I’m still taking my prenatal. I just used the rest of my biotin too.

Dealing with the onset of post partum hair loss while navigating a little postpartum depression. This hair loss is intense and by the hand fulls. Any other moms dealing with this or dealt with this . How long does it last ? Has anyone used anything to slow it down ?

Mine has always been awful. Especially after my first. I went bald in the front. I don’t recall how long it lasted and I found nothing helped me

Girl yes ! I thought I was going bald or something I was scared my hair kinda falls out a lot but I’m not balding my hair just sheds like crazy when I’m in the shower or even when I’m just doing shit around the house I can run my fingers thru my hair and then boom alot comes off but I started taking my prenatals every day and it’s kinda KINDA slowing down but everyone says it’s normal to lose some hair while pregnant I guess some girls lose hair and then some girls actually get longer and healthier hair

I haven't had this happen yet.
My hair typically grows really fast. My hair on my head has always been super long. I regularly chop 5-8 inches off every 6 months or so.
I'm surprised that I'm not covered in hair all over my body.

I got my hair done when I was 5 weeks pregnant (before my first OB appt). She only put in a few highlights.. went to my OB appt and was told not to dye my hair until after 12 weeks. Kind of freaking out. Anyone else get their hair done early in pregnancy?

I bleached my entire head the day before I found out I was pregnant. I was 6 weeks. Don’t freak out 🙂 baby is healthy so far. But I won’t be doing it again!
