Hair coloring and pregnancy: be careful

During pregnancy, you want to feel beautiful, tame your new body, and take care of yourself. Hair coloring is an unavoidable beauty treatment for you and you wonder if it is a good idea during your pregnancy?

During the first trimester, it is strongly advised not to use chemical hair coloring, which can be harmful to the baby.

After this period, the most important thing is to opt for ammonia-free hair dyes and to space out the applications. But pregnancy can also be an opportunity to switch to vegetable dye, which is softer and just as effective.

Is it okay to color my hair while pregnant? I turn 21 weeks tomorrow but my hair looks so crazy and I wanted to bleach it again before the holidays 😊

Has anyone else ever use semi- permanent hair color while pregnant? There’s no solution developer - & it’s essentially just staining your hair rather than using chemicals to change the chemical compound. I’ve read that I should not worry bI’mwondering if I should just use it or continue with my ugly faded out color haha HALP 😬
