Brown discharge with tissue like pieces it is a sign of miscarriage ?

PLEASE TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK! My last period was September 22nd and I haven’t had it sense. I normally have a 29 days cycle and as of today I’m on cycle day 45. I last had sex October 7th & 8th and on October 17th I had brown discharge and saw small pieces of tissue in the toilet. This continued for 3-4 days. I’ve felt super bloated recently and have been having cramps and backache but still no period. I keep testing negative though. Is there still a chance I’m pregnant?

I'm little worry I keep cramping and my discharge is brown and pink ,also when I go to the restroom I keep seeing little white tissue like discharge in the toilet, I'm cramping alot been like this for a whole week already...did anybody experience this?

34 weeks tomorrow! Any other mama's begin losing pieces of their plug? I know. It can regenerate, but im hoping it's a sign of thinning or dilation!!
