Can you get a positive pregnancy test at 4 weeks of pregnancy?

I feel awful. I can’t tell if I’m sick or if I’m feeling the effects of early pregnancy. I would be 2 weeks today 12/21. I went to urgent care to see if it was strep, covid, or the flu and they were all negative thank goodness. My pregnancy test was negative as well. My main question here is when did you test positive? Was anyone able to test positive at 2 weeks?

Has anybody spotted for a few days when it’s time to get there period then get a positive pregnancy test?

Can you still show positive 6 weeks postpartum on a pregnancy test or am I having another baby?
