Who elses baby dances the tango in your bellies? After half a day of extreme lower abdominal pain, lower back paid, contractions, and upper thigh pain... i was in desperate need of a wwarm bath and to get off my feet...little Everly had other ideas though 😂💃🩰

Hi guys sorry of it'd tmi .. is it normal to feel a lot of pressure on you lower abdominal area after sex doesn't hurt like pain pain just like someone is pushing on it.

Round ligament pain. Totally normal, your uterus is growing and stretching pretty quick and certain movements (like coughing and sneezing) can pull on those ligaments and cause some pain. It comes and goes through pregnancy (with my experience so far, 21 weeks) and is absolutely nothing to worry about 😊💜

Has anyone else had light bleeding at 22 weeks and lower abdominal pains.. Not miscarriage!! just light pains in the belly and back?

I would get checked out. Any bleeding especially in 2nd trimester and beyond. Better be safe than sorry
