When does spotting become a concern ? this is the first time I spotted with both my pregnancies my first one I didn’t have any spotting but I’m spotting with my second one

Tonight my husband and I had sex, half way he stopped because he noticed that I was bleeding heavily. I know spotting can occur during due to blood flow to the cervix and sensitivity but this was incredibly heavy, more so then if I were to have sex on my period, with small clots. I am not cramping. At what point should I be concerned and go in?

Just made exactly 5 weeks today and had a little pink spotting only when I wiped earlier today I took my progesterone supplement shortly after and I haven’t seen the spotting since .. does anyone know what could it possibly be ?
