Can you get period pain in early pregnancy as a symptom of being pregnant?

After me and my boyfriend Did it and I have been having sypthoms of pregnant and craving foods but I read where you can bleed after like a period but it's not ur period it's a pregnancy bleed and I have feeling something in my left side and I have back pain in lower back should I get a test to see am I pregnant 🤔😟 if I am pregnant I'll be so happy

My period was April 3rd till the 7th I ouvlated the 15th-20th I baby danced on the 15th - 17th my next period on my app says may 7th but I know it's early but I've been having horrible back pains and starting having pms symptom anybody think I maybe pregnant? It's to early to test 🥴🤎

Allegedly I’m pregnant lol well I’ve taken maybe 3 test one four days before my expected menstrual and another at urgent care and another at home all were positive but I just don’t feel pregnant lol you may ask how are you supposed to feel and it’s a pregnancy feeling lol I mean my nipples be on fire once in a while but I don’t feel pregnant not peeing a lot nun of it maybe it’s still too early idk but my first symptom that made me test was stuffy nose and back pain should I test again lol? The first test I taken 4 days before missed period ⬇️⬇️

Ahh, having another symptom of being possibly pregnant! All day I have been having some gross indigestion and nasty tasting burps! I do remember I had severe indigestion with my son as an early sign, though this one is not as bad. I just want to take a test already! 😭😭

Anyone get pregnant on there period? My friend is nervous about being pregnant but it’s still too early to take a test.
