After giving birth, you may feel the need to start exercising again.

  • Your body has undergone profound changes during pregnancy, so it needs to be treated gently and patiently.
  • Start with perineal rehabilitation sessions with a physiotherapist or a midwife. These exercises are essential for your body to gradually regain its tone.
  • If you wish to resume more intense sports activities, be careful and seek medical advice.
  • If there are no contraindications, you can start six weeks after giving birth.
