Is there anything that could help get my dilation process little faster cause I was only 1 cm dilated on Tuesday? I been doing exercises that I was could help get my dilation process faster or naturally induced labor . I am just nervous and i feeling like my baby boy is very comfortable and doesn’t seem like he want to come

Use the ball, walking, the pregnancy tea, try stairs, stretching like ur legs,lower body,sex 😂 too but im 38 also and felt the same thing i jus went in today for my appointment and told them lets put in for my induction please i want baby out soon my body tired and hurts.

I don’t have the birthing ball but I been doing puppy pose exercises, one leg lunges, laying on my side and elevating one leg over other leg exercises, been walking a lot around my house cause it too hot outside also doing squats

How can I get my milk to come in faster so far I’ve been feeding my baby colostrum on my breast 🫤

It should come in on its own within a couple days. The colostrum is packed with nutrients and is enough for now. Also their stomach is like the size of a pea lol

38 weeks I've been eating every other hour and milk tss I buy a gallon of milk for cereal and oat meal and I buy half a gallon to make chocolate milk which last me 2 days 🙃 😅 I literally gained 2 pounds in 2 days 😬 had an appointment on Monday had to go back for a bp check on Wednesday I was like sheesh 2 pounds in two days ... this girl is getting bigger by the day... due date in 8 days 😬 I'm excited ... and my family is beyond excited 🤗 Any tips on how to help baby come faster? Naturally I don't want to be induced...

Don't give up it will happen in time. My sister in law was told she would never have kids and she was trying for years to have a baby. And she is pregnant due in November this year. There is hope keep your head up

okay ladies for a person that just stopped taking birth control , was on birth control just to make my period regular because its irregular do yall know how well this works ? i heard people with irregular periods its harder for them to get pregnant i wonder if this would boost my chances faster!!
