hey, everybody. I know that cramping is normal, but how long does it last? I hate getting a period because of cramps (so much so that I opted for a birth control where I controlled my period) and now I’m pregnant and cramping daily and I just wanna know that there’s an end to this. what week did y’all stop cramping?

I was pretty crampy from 5 weeks up until 7 weeks. I'm almost 9 weeks and I feel much better. I hope yours goes away soon!

I just found out I have an anterior placenta but baby girl is 10 oz and I’ll be 20 weeks tomorrow.. is that average or will she be chunky? Lol

Just wanted to post an HCG chart, which shows the average levels at each week of gestation. (Wk 1-18). Might be helpful for some.

By the way don't just trust HCG levels. Mine went down by over 3000 between week 7 and 8 of pregnancy which lead me to believe i was miscarrying, but my baby was ok. had an ultrasound at 8 weeks 3 days and 10 weeks and both times baby was fine. now going on 11 weeks tomorrow with a pending ultrasound at 12 weeks 5 days. These ultrasounds have helped me stay calm.

So because it's been a while since my last pregnancy I have to ask. How long on average did y'all go into labor after losing your mucus plug? Really worried right now because my husband is in another state for a funeral and won't be back until Wednesday night

I personally never did after losing my mucus plug. But my sister and her friend after having a bloody show was within days. The plug can fall out and regenerate or never come out. But when there’s blood involved with the fall out then it’s typically a greater sign that labor is near

You can lose your mucus plug and not go into labor for weeks.

Depending on how far along you were is gonna tell how long it takes. I miscarried at 6 weeks and they just consider that my “period” because a month later that’s when I had my next
