The large family card

From the third child onwards, your household falls into the "large family" category. How do the formalities for the application go?

• If three of your children are under the age of 18, you can apply for the large family card, which entitles you to discounts on certain services, such as the train.
• To obtain the card, you must fill out a form that you can obtain from the SNCF.
• The card will be sent to you about three weeks after your request.
• It is valid for three years if your household has between three and five children and six years if it has more than five children.
