Bleeding at 7 weeks pregnant, should I consult ?

I'm Barbara, I'm 34 weeks pregnant. This morning I fell at work but I don't feel anything unusual and baby is moving as usual. Should I be worried or should I still go see my Dr.

Went to consult for MFM due to the placenta increta I have. Got the game plan for delivery of baby girl. She will be coming at 34-35 weeks via C-section with a hysterectomy most likely as it is pretty protruded through my uterine wall. Little nervous but doctors have the whole game plan for delivery day.
