When should I take an ovulation test?

The ovulation test is 99% reliable and increases the chances of getting pregnant, but how do you use it?

  • The ovulation test calculates the luteinizing hormone (LH) in the urine, which increases briefly 24 to 36 hours before ovulation.
  • Take the test on the date indicated on the box, depending on the length of your cycle.
  • If your cycle is irregular, choose the date according to your shortest cycle in the last six months.
  • The test should be done every day, preferably between noon and 2 p.m., trying not to urinate 4 hours beforehand.
  • If the test is positive, you should try to conceive within 48 hours.

Need Advise. I’m using Clearblue digital for my tracking of ovulation. The test strips when you pull them out look lighter than the control line still. But my holder for it, is blinking “the high smiley face”. Should I go by the digital, or by the test strip that goes with it.

So I told my boyfriend about the app and how I confide in it or whatnot. Things in the relationship hasn’t been as stressful as it was. And I’ve just been trying to focus on everything else but thinking about being pregnant. So I missed the day before yesterday and took a test yesterday and it was positive. I didn’t have sex yesterday because I had to use the Monistat for a yeast infection. And I haven’t took any supplements like prenatal vitamins or anything but I bought some fertility tea but haven’t drunk it yet. I think I’m just gonna go with the flow. If when I take an ovulation test today and it be positive then I will baby dance, but if not then there’s always next month.!!!! But praying for baby dust🤞🏽

question! i’m so confused rn! so i’ve been tracking my ovulation using tests, i had high fertility 1st-4th of this month, but i started to bleed the 2nd-4th. i quit bleeding the 5th (yesterday) but when i took another ovulation test it was low(negative) and we had BD everyday since the 25th of november up until last night, so i’m not sure what’s going on. i’ve taken pregnancy tests and they’ve came back negative, i’m not supposed to get my period until the 16th. help !
