What foods should I start with?

So, as you can imagine, you're not going to go from milk to hamburger and fries overnight! Food diversification is OK, but you have to be gentle.

  • In order not to shock the baby's digestive system and to avoid food allergies, it's recommended to stick to the basics to start with.
  • Apples, pears, carrots, green beans... the main thing is to start diversifying with foods that are very easy to digest and above all not very allergenic.
  • So forget about cabbage, exotic fruits, and other foods for a while.
  • Worry not, by respecting this rule the baby should eat your little dishes or your little pots in less time than it takes you to heat them up!
