I'm 36 weeks and i started experiencing the same thing about 2 weeks ago. I do believe it's from the baby being on certain nerves

I have fibromyalgia which for me is similar to RLS at night. The doctors told me to watch my sugar intake at night. That helps for fibromyalgia. Not sure about rls. I didn't experience this in my first trimester but now in my second trimester.. I've been dealing with the same. 😥

I wanna say yes but then again I’m not sure because I’m a professional hair Braider so I’m not sure if it’s because of work or pregnancy but i have been feeling some pain in my hands here lately. 32 weeks

My husband and I are trying for our second child. We had fun twice premenstrual and once a day before ending, then today. My cycle stopped 2 days ago, am I having fun at the right times? (Our first baby was a surprise) so I'm genuinely curious. Hope this wasn't a TMI.

Keep doing it and download an app which will show approximate ovulation day. I think you did it too early, but still have time. Do it everyday for next 10 days

For those mama's that are getting high risk for down syndrome scares, don't stress so much. This young man has down syndrome and guess what..... He is healthy and happy and sweet. There are some physical signs that tell he has it. Slightly upturned almond shaped eyes, light/white flecks in the colored part of the eye, a single line across his palms, and shorter than usual fingers. There are other physical traits and health issues and each person with down syndrome has different attributes of it. But honestly it is not the end of the world and having a baby with down syndrome can be so rewarding as well as trying.

Also feel free to reach out if u are worried or scared or need to vent or ask questions. I've just been through a lot of the worries and still learning. But I know having someone who has been through it is so much more helpful than crying yourself to sleep.

It’s awful!! There’s nothing like it. I’ve tried bananas and then doing a lot of leg stretching before bed to try and help

Hey Moms, I have a question. So I went to my babies appointment today & there is a chance my baby could have Triple X Syndrome, basically meaning a extra Chromosome. Has anybody been diagnosed with this before? Or has a child that has this syndrome? If so please comment, I’m scared out my mind. #FirstTimeMommy

I haven't been in this situation but I do know others that have received inaccurate results.

My doctor kept saying “If, maybe, possibly, they didn’t give me a direct answer. It’s just confusing at this point.

Did you find out during your nipt testing? Or what test determined there could possibly be an extra chromosome

I just learned about exploding head syndrome (EHS). Has anyone been diagnosed with it? ( Is not as mortifying as the name sounds)

Mommy bag- a comfortable gown with up and down buttons - a robe!!! - extra long phone charger - a pillow - snacks - travel size shampoo and body wash - A towel!!!! Hospital towels are so tiny. - breast pads and long pads that stick to regular underwear for when u go home - A pair of clothes to come home in pick something maternity. Like leggings and a comfy tee shirt - nursing bra For baby!!! -A outfit for when he comes home. - pacifiers grab a couple to try not just one brand - 2 swaddle blankets I like the muslin blankets there big and super cute - grab a couple of clothes you want her to wear during the hospital stay. I say 4 is plenty. - socks! - spit up rags and bibs Diapers and wipes will be supplied for baby so no worries on that! - if your breastfeeding than a cover if you like privacy while having visitors That should cover everything. Hope this helps get you started ♥️
