Running the risk of hospitalization. I'm a wreck. I'm 20w pregnant and have a hemorrhage. With this hemorrhage I've had period like bleeding everyday for over 4w. My dr just sent in a referral to a high risk specialist who she thinks is gonna hospitalize me because the hemorrhage is between 5-8cm and directly above my cervix. So as baby gets bigger it put more pressure on the hemorrhage. She also said she gives the baby a 50% chance of being born alive. And now I can't help but wonder how this affects me and what risk this presents to me being I have 3 babies already that need there momma. I'm a mess #20w hemorrhage hospitalization #highrisk #bleeding possible miscarriage

Anyone else having a high risk pregnancy? I've had 3 D&C's and 1 natural miscarriage. A couple other possible miscarriages, but unclear. I'm also 37 and pretty overweight.

I had an high risk pregnancy. I had Three miscarriage one had to be an D&C. Also an ectopic pregnancy. Ive had 5 surgeries on my ovaries so I have a lot of damage to my ovaries. I have only one working ovary because of the ectopic pregnancy. I just had my little girl two weeks ago!

I do... im scared. I've had 2 LEEP procedures. Also a d&c due to miscarriage. So they're worried if my cervix is too small now and they want to do a 13 week ultrasound to see.. and if so i will need a stitch or something

As long as your HCG levels are rising, that's the important thing. Are you spotting or full on bleeding? It's not uncommon to have bleeding in pregnancy. 🫶 I've known several mothers who swore they had full on periods during pregnancy and their babies turned out to be just fine but it never hurts to make more appointments or to call your OB with worries. Hope this helps.

It’s been a minute since I’ve been on here. Went to doctor on Friday, I’m still bleeding & doctor told me that’s not a good sign because it puts me at risk for having a miscarriage, preterm labor, or risk of water breaking early. I’m still having cramping && just had another big clot that I just passed. This subchorionic hemorrhage is real worrisome. Anyone else went through this?

I had the same problem at 10 weeks but I didn't bleed long and mine healed on its own. Prayers for you and the baby!

You could be high risk due to several different things. I’m high risk for a low laying placenta cuz mine is 1cm above my cervix instead of 2 and I have placental bleeding that formed 2 “lakes”

High risk means they have to look at you closely compared to other pregnant women who isn’t high risk ! More doctors appointments , more ultrasounds.
