So I’m 2 weeks pp when do you normally see your cycle come back? I’m exclusively breastfeeding and pumping. What are the signs of your cycle getting ready to return?

Can y’all tell me what you have for your babies. I already did some baby shopping for things i’m going to need for the baby. I just want to be super prepared and want to make sure I get everything that i’m going to need!

I bought a crib (I wish I got a playpen and a crib matress), my changing table and diaper genie have made changing my baby so easy, you could put infant Tylenol with the syringe on your registry so you don’t have to buy it later, soft baby blankets, crib sheets, a bunch of onesies, pants, socks, put lots of diapers on your registry because people will buy diapers and wipes when they don’t want to buy more expensive things.

My bf and I are both going to be sharing our rooms with our baby so i’m gonna but just a bedside bassinet and he’s getting the bassinet crib since the baby and i will be at his house more often. I bought white newborn onesies and white socks and another set of socks that are unisex since we don’t know the gender yet. Im gonna buy a lot of frida baby items for baby care like the syringe and other items, but I never heard of the infant tylenol though so i will definitely be buying that, thank you

Mine started to check me at 36 weeks, but this is my second baby don’t know if that has anything to do with that, with my first baby my OB didn’t check me until I was actually in labor at the hospital lol😭

How soon after period ends do you test to see when you are about to ovulate? My period comes every 12th of each month which I looked it up and that’s every 32 days. AF just ended today so how soon do I start to check? #imnewtothis

Mamas who are currently collecting or have collected their colostrum while pregnant to save, what do you use to collect it in? I have 1ml syringes I’m gonna buy, but should I get a Hakka or cups to wear? Im 17w and 5d and I want to be prepared for when I start leaking😬

it's a great idea when you're leaking some. Good for you mama! This stuff is literally liquid gold. I've seen mamas save it in little syringes, they bought them off Amazon, and froze them. Collecting it is not the same as pumping, so you sound like you know what you're doing. I love the Haakaa, it works great on the other breast when you're actively breastfeeding, to collect the "let-down". It's a great way to stay ahead of the game and have extra just in case you ever need it.

With the recent formula shortage I'm wanting to start buying before baby gets here. Grab one pack about every month just to slowly gain my own bulk. What is a good formula to do this with? Best formula to be the most prepared with any allergies or tummy troubles, something super simple and generic? Suggestions please
