When is a good time to start packing your hospital bags I'm 30 weeks and 3 days but I'll be having her at 39 weeks schedule C-section so when is a good time to start packing I don't know the date yet unless he section but I know that it will be 39 weeks

Sorry if tmi but how do I know if the bleeding my period or postpartum bleeding? I thought I knew bc I had cramps like my period but I stopped bleeding for awhile the started up again. Ugh so confused and of course I wasn’t bleeding when I went to my appointment I thought It was over so I didn’t think to ask 🤦♀️🙄

About 4 to 6 weeks after birth. Especially if you aren’t breastfeeding. And it’s very possible that it was period if you stopped bleeding for a week or more days , but honestly it can be hard to tell. Everyone’s pp period is different

How do you guys get over the anger and hurt of your partner lying and cheating and leaving you when you’re pregnant after 7 years together. I’m seriously struggling 😭😭😭 I want to get over the pain not only to feel better for myself but also to be a good coparent and not put my child through what my mother put me through.

exactly because you don't need to have that kind stress around you or the baby.. babies feel when something isn't right. Not only that, you are still early within your pregnant and stress can and would harm the baby

Hello all! 10w today! When is a good time to change bras? I've had my breasts swell well over what my bra can take and I didn't know when is a good time to change it. Also, any recommendations on what kind of bra to use? I've heard sports bras are nice but I don't know what to get.

I live in sports bras or bralettes. There’s no specific brand for me. Just whatever is comfortable. There is one I bought from Target that is my all time favorite. Let me see if I can find what it is

What’s wild to me is I can’t find this in not a plus size if that’s not what you fit. But maybe this brand will work for you in general. The fabric is so soft and it supports my girls so well and contains them. I wish I bought more when the maroon color went on clearance
