Do you burp a newborn, is it safe?

We’re planning on going to the fair today. Do you think it’ll be safe to take our newborn? He’ll be in a stroller with a cover. He’s two weeks old. Torn between people saying we need to stay in doors, and others say it’s good to get out. We have a 7 year old and want to make summer fun for him. My newborn is very impatient cries hysterically before feeds and during burp breaks. He even breathes heavily when the bottle is briefly taken away. Is this normal? Will this subside? It’s a bit extreme and he wants everything fast paced where it makes him spit up because he’s drinking too fast.

Is this normal? My newborn cries hysterically when I’m changing and feeding him. He’s very impatient breathing heavy and doesn’t let me burp him. He’s so besides himself flailing his arms he’s always hitting the bottle when I’m trying to get it in his mouth. I’ve never seen a baby so impatient or cry so hard.

Calling all formula moms I have a question when can you go without burping your baby. My son is 3 months and he is very hard to burp it takes awhile for him to get a burp out so I’ll usually feed him 2-3 oz then burp him bc he will not burp at an oz at all and he does fine going that long without burping so when do can I stop burping him?
