Dizziness is a symptom in early pregnancy ?

Is dizziness a common symptom at 8 weeks and 3 days pregnant? As soon as I hit 8 weeks I felt really dizzy and went on the emergency room and they said i had vertigo.

Has anyone ever experienced dizziness while pregnant? I was sleeping and woke up to pee and I felt so ugly like if I was drunk everything was spinning and I felt sick. I laid back down and it went away but it happened again when I moved over on my other side. Is this a normal pregnancy symptom?

Was anyone else itchy all over in the early weeks of their pregnancy? I was itchy all the time and thought it was low iron, but then I found out I was pregnant at 7weeks 1day and read that itchiness was an early symptom. The itch has also completely stopped. In hindsight, I can point back to a few symtoms I had that I didn’t recognise at the time.

10+3 and slight sharp pains today. This is my only pregnancy symptom so far, any thoughts?
