Dark red bleeding early pregnancy should I see a doctor?

I had some small dark red tissue come out today and I literally ran home from work because i thought it was a miscarriage. Bought another pregnancy before the hospital visit and everything. Did this happen to anyone?

i’m 11 and a half weeks and this is my first pregnancy so i’ve been superrrr paranoid😩 has anyone else experienced light pink but not dark red spotting at this stage? so i know not to be too worried!

Woke up with dark red blood spotting and some cramps should I be worried. Of course we are out of state because of the holiday!!! 😭😭😭

Quick question. I’m 9 weeks pregnant with my rainbow baby and started spotting a few days ago. It can be pink, brown and today started to get more red. I know I should call the doctor if I fill a pad but it’s not that much blood. Any other moms spot while in early pregnancy?

Doc said i have low progesterone.. Im at 1.7 and should be at 10.. Put me on supplements.. Im bleeding though.. Started off as spotting and now its more dark red blood everytime i use the bathroom. Am i miscarrying? Help. Im scared.

Hey, all you Mamas just a little update I posted a few days ago about my spotting that started happening at exactly 8dpo and 6 days before my period date. My pregnancy test that had a faint positive line it was the early detection one. Well, not sure if it was an early miscarriage or not ( I have a doctor's appt coming up so i will definitely make sure) but what turned out to be I thought a very early positive pregnancy test and implantation bleeding turned dark red today. So I've been having some light bleeding for the last few days, on and off, that's a light pink/brown. My doctor said it's normal and only need to worry if it's dark red and more than a tablespoon. Anyone else have this issue? I feel like it's lasting too long but they said every pregnancy is different.

currently at the doctor because I do not know what’s going on. last night I had tan/brownish discharge. this morning after I peed, there was some bright red blood but not a lot. i’m not in any pain at all. yesterday I also had chills and body aches. it does burn to pee and it has been dark, could it just be a UTI/infection or is it an early miscarriage :(
