Bleeding in early pregnancy, is it normal ?

Is it normal to have slight cramping like all day in early pregnancy? Im. 6 weeks and my stomach just kinda feel like its in knots all day.

Has anyone experienced bleeding in they early pregnancy in 7 weeks and bleeding but when I went to osf they said it’s normal

I’m 4 weeks pregnant and I haven’t experienced bleeding at all is that normal
