How do you know if it's a braxton hick or contraction? I never had contractions with my first, to be able to tell.

Hey guys I went to the er yesterday and found out I have a Subchorionic Hemorrhage, witch I was told makes you more high risk for a miscarriage. They moved me up to high risk pregnancy. They said I would have bleeding and that it’s normal but I haven’t had no bleeding you think that’s good or bad? It said like the bigger the bleed the more blood you lose so I’m guessing maybe my bleeding isn’t bad at all sense I’m not physically bleeding? I wanna know how many of you guys had this if you had a miscarriage or a good pregnancy if it went away.

I had one that was the size of my fist with a formation of a embryo that never got to fully form and it stuck around in my uterus with my son for 5 months and one day disappeared. I had No bleeding. This was 3 years ago he is a healthy boy and the other baby/ blood sac just dissolved back into my uterus

I had one as well with my first pregnancy for my entire first trimester. I bled and passed blood clots once that made me dizzy and light headed but baby was always doing well and active. It went away by my second trimester and I went forth to have a very healthy and active baby boy. He’s 13mons now. I’m about to have another and no sign of a hemorrhage. Unfortunately there’s nothing you can do. They dissolve on their own. Get as much rest as possible and take it easy. How big is it? Mine was small.

I’m not sure they didn’t tell me how big it was in the er, but I was moved to a high risk pregnancy now so where I’m at they don’t do your first ob appointment tell 8 weeks but now there doing mine next week at 6 weeks and then I was told I’ll be having appointments every 4 weeks. Is that normal? It can’t be that big can it if I’m not having any bleeding? And I’m so confused cause my friend had a miscarriage but didn’t bleed at all but I feel like with what’s going on if I was having a miscarriage I would bleed but my cramping has been more intense but I was told it would be because of what’s going on.

How many ultrasounds do you get while pregnant, I’ve had one and it was awful. Also my baby hadn’t turned, how do we know when you have turned?

Ask. They usually turn around week 30-34. They can actually turn up to delivery tho.

It’s hard to tell… when you’re in labor you’ll feel tightening and cramping that is obvious and consistent. So they don’t go away and become more intense and more frequent. Dilation can occur before labor begins which feeling like cramping. So you could be dilating but not be in active labor which might explain the feeling of cramping without contractions.

If you drink cold water and relax your body and the pain subsides that’s Braxton hicks if your leaking fluids or these cramping feelings get alot worse and closer together those are contractions

I quit drinking coffee and soda as soon as I found out I was pregnant 💗 I definitely miss it but proud of myself for staying away from it this long 😂

You would have like a spotting period with tissue passing and will sometimes have pain i just had one on Oct 22nd at 5w 2days

How do you know whenever you start getting a bump I’m 8 weeks 3 days and pregnant with my second child I don’t know if I’m just fat or have a bump

Since this is your 2nd, you’ll show a lot sooner. But not too much sooner than normal, I would expect around 12-14 weeks a bump will start coming around for you. This is my first, and I’m 12 weeks tomorrow, no sign of bump yet.
