Can 12 hours make a difference in a pregnancy test positive or negative ?

Early this morning I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. Several hours later it changed to positive 😱. I’m very speechless and excited about it. I’m gonna go process this😱🥰 #positivetest #pregnant

Is this positive..? I took this test earlier today because my breasts were hurting but it came out negative. This is hours later.

I’m 12 DPO and tested negative this morning.Does that mean I’m probably out for this cycle? Or is there still a chance I could test positive. My period is suppose to start on February 4th.🌸

So I took 3 pregnancy test 2 normal pregnancy and one digital this one was negative but the other two were positive.

Took a cheap pregnancy test and it was negative until a couple hours later it turned positive… i took another one it was negative. I’ve taken the same test lots of times and have never had it turn positive. i would be early, only about 3 weeks. My period is also super late. Anyone ever had this happen?
