Discharge early pregnancy what it looks like?

Hello ladies, I still got stuffy nose,still bloated,dry mouth and do you guys know what it could be? It still early and I feeling little bit off and still see no discharge yet or early pregnancy discharge or could be early symptoms of pregnancy sign?

So I'm on nexplanon and I have been having early pregnancy symptoms like peeing alot stomach and back pain feeling nauseous sometimes craving for certain foods food and drinking taste weird and my boobs hurt off and on headaches and extremely Moody and I have white clumpy discharge that looks like it's chalky. But when I take a pregnancy test it says negative what should I do?

Y’all is this color of discharge normal at 6 weeks? Ion even kno what color it is.. can’t tell if it’s white or brown look close to it, it looks like it’s watery 😩🤔🤔

21 weeks tomorrow and today tmi: I went to restroom and there my panties wet like it went thru to my pants looks like I peed myself but I didn’t anybody else ever went thru this FYI no smell or discharge looks just like water 🤷🏽‍♀️

I’m 6 weeks pregnant I have black discharge it looks like old blood not when I wipe but on my underwear. Is that normal ?

Blood clots spotting looks like a period but went to obgyn yesterday she said looks like a early miscarriage or early pregnancy during my ultrasound im 6 weeks pregnant today that's if im still pregnant not for sure now but I don't have symptoms of pregnancy as much as I did last week when I found out I was pregnant :( she said bloodwork will tell me more if it's early pregnancy or miscarriage so I hope and pray it's early pregnancy. But I'll expect the worst. :( because I'm still bleeding but doesn't fill up pad all the way but i had blood clots. :(, im literally crying.
