An update on the opening of the cervix during childbirth

Hi! I was in labor and delivery last night with really bad pelvic pain and some spotting and they did a cervix check while I was there. Everything was fine and cervix was closed but ever since I got home it feels like something is trying to push itself out of my vagina, it’s also throbbing and hurts a bit. Is this just irritation from the cervix check? I’ve never had this feeling before and it’s been hard to sleep because of how uncomfortable it is.

Just had my 38 week appointment and still show no sign of my cervix opening. 🥲 I'm really wanting to have a vbac & I know I still have time just feeling sad & hopeless. I've been trying everything; sex, yoga& peanut ball, squats/lunges, pineapples and spicy food. Gonna get primrose oil and start that..just hoping for a miracle.

Have anybody ever got their cervix checked at 36weeks and was sent to the labor and delivery because it was time?? Well I’m Hoping that happens To me today 🤣😩

Just had my growth scan, radiologist is saying my cervix is shorten, waiting on my doctors to call back to see if they need to send me upstairs, home, or to labor and delivery . . . Please keep babygirl in your prayers

Had my cervix checked last night in labor and delivery. They told me I’m in the pre labor phase transitioning into active labor. Now I am bleeding a little bit in my panty liner and when I go to the bathroom is this normal??

So I went to a regular appointment today and found out my cervix was dilated 2-3 cm. Even on the meds for short cervix. So now I’m in labor and delivery being monitored and making sure that he doesn’t come out to early. This has been one hell of a day.

My cervix went from 1.69cm back to a 3.60cm after my surgery 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 I was so nervous 😭😭 I started dialating too soon once again and was afraid of yet another preterm delivery. But so far so good, we’re going all the way this time 🎉🥳

Dr checked my cervix today soft but not dilated. She stuck a finger up there “tmi” but that’s what we’re all here for to vent. I just wanna say I’ve been cramping since and slightly bleeding 🥹 I’m just over being pregnant atp I hope this cervix has some action before my due date on the 22nd 🤞🏾 safe delivery, no epidural, no c section plzzzz 🙏🏽

Freaking the F out. We induced on Wednesday and used a balloon to open my cervix and then burtsed my water. I'm having contractions but not feeling any of them And really scared that this delivery is going to end up being a C-section 😭
