The different types of mother-child separation

The bond between you and your little one is unique and irreplaceable, but the mother-child relationship goes through several separations.

  • Childbirth: the complete bonding with your baby ends as soon as they are born.
  • Weaning if you are breastfeeding.
  • Return to work at the end of the maternity leave.
  • Starting kindergarten.
  • The first love and the first friendships.
  • The first vacation without you.
  • Leaving home as a young adult.
  • Each time, the turmoil is significant.
  • Step by step, you give your child the opportunity to build themselves as an individual.
  • This is the best gift you can give your child as a mother.
