The relationship between the mother and the infant

This little being that you have just given birth to needs you to develop. How is the mother-infant relationship built?

  • In reality, the bond with your child begins long before birth.
  • It is nourished by your desire or not to become a mother and by the way you experienced your pregnancy.
  • The birth is followed by a mixture of emotions and feelings: joy, surprise, love, fatigue, sadness, and anger.
  • Your newborn baby wants affection, safety, and availability.
  • Trust yourself to find a way to adapt and build a strong relationship.

My mother in law been so rude to me. I definitely don’t want to force a relationship anymore. First she said she hates that me n my husband got married.. then it’s we are kids and is not ready for a baby. But this my second child and I’m definitely ready.

Your having his babies and she just can't accept it. Thats a HER problem. Don't mind her negative comments. She will regret it one day..... just focus on your growing family. Congratulations btw❤️

That's a shame that your child's grandmother can't treat you with respect and love. Don't let her determine your happiness and self-assurance. this is a time of joy don't let her ruin that for you.
