How long before I lose my belly?

Your belly has done its job perfectly, but it's time for it to go. How long will it take?

  • Forget about quick fixes - your belly needs at least two months to recover from pregnancy.
  • Up to four weeks after giving birth, the volume of your uterus gradually decreases, so that's a few pounds that go away effortlessly!
  • Now it's up to you! The program includes perineal and abdominal rehabilitation for at least a month.
  • Combine a balanced diet with regular physical activity to tone up your belly faster.
  • Don't hesitate to ask a professional to help you feel motivated.

Anyone else lose/have to take out their belly ring? Mine is super irritated at the moment. I’ve had the long bendy one for a few months now.

Yes, I took mine out around 20 weeks because the area was starting to turn black. Plus, it was a fresh piercing I had done a couple months back so the hole already closed up now🤷🏽‍♀️ I’ll just get it redone again after my son is born.

I haven’t gained much either and have lost weight too. But my doctor said as long as you and baby are fine it’s nothing to worry about. The only thing getting bigger for me is my boobs, butt and belly 😂 but my face isn’t puffy, no swollen ankles so far, like none of the stuff some pregnant women deal with. I just hope I don’t swell up in the end if I don’t have to lol

Ok so I have 2 questions... 1. It's been 10 years since I had a baby I forgot how long after a csection do you stop bleeding I'm about to lose my damn mind a normal cycle for me is 3 days I'm going on 2 weeks. And 2 . How long after a c section do I wait to have sex? I mean Obviously i'm going to wait till i'm healed but just curious.

My cousin bleed for the full 6 weeks. I'm bleeding on and off. I just started bleeding bright red blood again, when I haven't done that in a while. But I also, know I was trying to deliver vaginally before my unplanned csection and used a vacuum and that tore me a little bit, but I'm wondering if something happened with that to cause my bleeding to reoccur. I know I was told no sex or anything inserted into your vagina for 6 weeks or until you get Dr's approval, but I do know some people don't follow that. I know my fiance tried to get some last night. But I said no, not comfortable, plus still healing also.

Any recommendations/tips for postpartum belly to go back to pre pregnancy belly ? I have been having a balance diet and exercising when I can , I will be 8 weeks postpartum and yes it’s gone down but not completely back to before 😔 . I’m first time mom, any moms know how long it took you to get your pre pregnancy body back ?

How can I help my baby roll belly to back? He's rolling from back to belly but he can't get himself back over, hes 2 months old and he gets upset when he's on his stomach for too long. How can I help him?

It's not always going to happen in 2 months. It's normal for babies to start rolling around 3months. So you're fine. Just keep doing practices, and he'll do it on his own timing. It's alot of work for babies. Its normal for babies to hate tummy time at 2 or 3 and even 4 months old.

I'm 23 weeks and I have transitioned over to a spacer because of my tight growing belly.. How long did you wait to replace your bar piercing? Or how long are you going to keep your bar in before you put the spacer in? I still feel sexy though. 🥰🥰

I’m 23 weeks and still have my normal ring in but my tummy isn’t tight so I have enough room where it’s not bothering me yet. I’m planning on waiting to buy a spacer till it gets a little uncomfortable/ when my belly button stretches from baby growth
