How does one go about taking ovulation tests strips? Obviously I know HOW TO but I’ve never tracked it before and was wanting to know any tips on when’s the best time and how often, etc. I recently experienced a miscarriage and have gotten back into my normal cycle….. I’ve tracked periods but never really my ovulation and don’t really know where to start :)

I’ve always used the clear blue! And used Flo to track! Once I’m in the blue fertile days start ovulation testing! I don’t like to use the strips, in my experience!

I too use the Flo app but mostly to track my period, it’s my first time trying and everything is still new and fresh. I have never used the strips and actually just got some because I want to do everything I can just to find out what works for me :)

I have gestational diabetes and have to check my blood 4 times a day and monitor my diet but it didn’t increase the amount of ultrasounds I’ve had.

I’m so not looking forward to it. I’ve only gained 9 pounds this pregnancy. I thought I was doing so good.

I am 8 weeks and 4 days pregnant, and I noticed that I don't see cervical mucus in my urine like I used to see before. Should I be worried? I had my first ultrasound during 6 weeks of pregnancy. Can I ask again for the ultrasound just to ensure that the baby is doing fine. What are your thoughts on home doppler tests? Are they safe?

That's normally normal hun it will kinda come and go from what I was told ❤️as for the dopler their great but super tricky to use until about 10-12 weeks as the baby is still to small most don't work until around 10 weeks from what I seen

How often are you ladies pumping and for how long per sitting? My baby is 4 days old and I’m still getting the hang of things.

Always feed baby on demand especially in the beginning to help regulate and build your supply. Only pump until your comfortable and not too full until your milk regulates, if baby eats from a bottle always pump when she was supposed to eat (every 3 hours is when my baby eats so when I’m at work I pump every 3 hours). Once your milk regulates in about a month, if you want an extra supply in the freezer and are exclusively BF, then I would add a pump or 2 in between feeds but I honestly just pump every 3 hours when she isn’t with me so I can keep my milk regulated with her eating schedule so the days I’m off I still produce enough for her to eat and get full. I posted a lot of helpful tips on mu page if you want to go look. If you have any questions or need advice feel free to message me ❤️❤️

How often are we supposed to feel baby move? I feel like I go hours and hours without feeling any movement & it always gives me anxiety 🥲

It can irregular until about the beginning of the third trimester. As long as you feel something everything should be okay. Maybe try to drink a super cold Sprite, that would always work with my son.

Ovulation usually occurs 12-14 days before your next period. But since your cycle varies, you should count forward from your last period instead of backwards from your next period, which should be 5-7 days after your period, 5 to be on the safe side. Intercourse should take place continuously for atleast a week to hit the highest ovulation days. There are even ovulation tests you can take to test to see if you are ovulating. Hope this helps, good luck! 😊

I’m 9 months pregnant three weeks to go my heart rate has been really high and the doctors are making me worry. Have to get a blood test tomorrow to make sure nothing is wrong. Any suggestions on how to keep it lowered?

I had high blood pressure towards the end and a high heart rate, then got diagnosed with preeclampsia. Honestly the best thing you can do is take it easy, I went for short walks regularly, took magnesium supplements, meditated, rested a lot more, ate better with LOTS of protein. Unfortunately sometimes there’s not much you can do because the end of pregnancy your body can just go all out of whack 🙃
