I’m 9 weeks and 3 days, and the weeks prior I felt every pregnancy symptom possible. But this week I haven’t felt a thing. Has anyone else felt like this?

I went to bed with a mild headache and woke feeling like someone hit me in the right side of the head with a cinder block. This isn't something I ever really struggle with (this badly) so I'm confused and a bit freaked out. Is this a possible pregnancy symptom? I can't think of anything else that'd cause this ?
