Dark brown discharge during pregnancy is it a sign of miscarriage?

i’m kind of nervous. i’ve had whitish-yellow discharge this whole pregnancy but suddenly at 11 weeks i went to the bathroom this morning and noticed dark brown discharge in my underwear. i also noticed my boobs aren’t sore anymore. i don’t feel morning sickness either. I literally have my appointment in 2 hours but i’m freaking out. i have no pain or cramps but the discharge is still brown i changed my underwear so could notice any more. it’s not heavy amounts but i still can’t help but worry

Hey guys ! I’m having brown discharge at 30 weeks ? I read online that it could be sign of your body preparing for labor.Is anyone else having this issue ?
