Can you have a miscarriage and not know about it?

My fiancé and I have been trying for 2 years and all it has resulted in was miscarriages I tried talking to my ob about it and all I was informed is that they can’t do anything until I come in before the miscarriage happens and how am I supposed to know when the miscarriage is going to happen it’s always right after I test what do I do?

I am pregnant with my second child and I have been in constant severe pain for over a week now I do not know exactly how far I am because I have not had my first ultrasound yet I have scheduled it but they have scheduled me for 2 months out and every time I had called about the severe constant pain they just tell me oh go the the emergency room and every time I go they tell me they don't know what is going on and call the doctors and we were informed the last time we went that it may be a miscarriage and it is not common but you can have a miscarriage with out blood and i don't know what I can do when they don't try to schedule my appointments sooner and I just keep getting told we don't know what is going on when the pain is so bad I can't even do anything simple tasks and nothing has worked for the pain I've taken Tylenol I have sat in hot baths I have been using a heating pad and so much more and nothing is helping please if you have any ideas to try to reduce the pain please let me know

Well I had a miscarriage and honestly I don’t know how to feel about it I’m guess I’m in shock.

I do have a miscarriage 😭😭😭💔 now I’m having a bad pain on my right lower stomach and back doctor said not to get out on my bed a list for 3 days I was very excited about it and now I have nothing again 😭💔 my 3 miscarriage 💔😭😞

You’ll always be that baby’s mama and the child will always love you and know none of it is your fault. It is something that you ladies can not control. 16 weeks and 3 days can I have a miscarriage with bleeding? Or how would I know im having a miscarriage?

I'm 5 weeks and 1 day. No morning sickness. I have had light spotting yesterday morning and night. Alittle this morning again. Only when I wipe. Went away throughout the day yesterday. Nothing heavy. I can't seem to stop worrying about having a miscarriage. I have 1 kid and never experienced a miscarriage both planned pregnancies.

So question if theirs a lot of arguing and screaming can it cause you to have a miscarriage. I’m curious wasn’t sure I’ve been told yes but I wanna know true or if it’s not ?

I'm 6 days late and I get faint lines but digital says not pregnant I have been having trouble getting pregnant I can get pregnant but I'll have a miscarriage every time I just don't know what's wrong I need some advice please and thank you
