Nursery rhymes for babies: a musical and physical awakening

Here are some good reasons to use and abuse nursery rhymes:

  • Nursery rhymes allow your baby to become familiar with the rhythm of speech and intonation.
  • In this moment of playful exchange with you, the baby also learns about her body by clapping his hands, swinging or imitating your gestures.
  • "Twinkle, twinkle little star", "Wheels on the bus", and "Old MacDonald had a farm" are some of the most famous nursery rhymes, but there are many others. Which one will your baby prefer?
