Breastfeeding and colic: help!

Yes, unfortunately, even if you are breastfeeding your baby, they may suffer from colic.

  • First, let's be crystal clear: you are not responsible for anything!
  • It's not your milk that's at fault, but rather your baby's little digestive system, which is still immature.
  • With that in mind, let's get straight to the point: you're not to blame, but you can still do something to reduce your baby's discomfort.
  • Avoid all foods that can produce gas.
  • Limit feedings that are too close together.
  • Keep your baby on the same breast long enough to let them get the fatty milk.
  • Seek professional advice to help relieve your baby's pain.

What should I eat while breastfeeding ? I’m new at this and don’t really know what to eat or what to avoid. I don’t want my baby getting colic ..

1st time I'm not breastfeeding really bummed about it 😔 but since we're here what are some good bottles to buy that's close to the nipple I'm not tryna have her breathing in air or catching colic.
