Didn’t have a period for 3 months went to the doctor got a positive pregnancy test and went back 2 weeks later for sonogram couldn’t find the bby and said my test was negative…month four still no period should I be concerned only 18 with no kids😩

I am trying to get pregnate but my periods are very irregular. I hadn't had one for 3 months (all 3 pregnancy tests negative) Today I started my period for the 1st time in 3 months. Any advice on how to be regular because I'm afraid I am not ovulating every month and if I am I have no idea when.

I have irregular periods so I can go almost 60 days without one. The only reason I tested this last time was because my period was stable for a few months and came out positive- just keep trying babygirl and you shall receive:)

6 days late and no period yet. I have no other symptoms but sometimes nauseas took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative my ovulation was on July 8th my last period was on the 20th of June I’ve been having sex none stop but all my pregnancy test are coming out negative I’ve been try 3 months and nothing 😭😭

Maybe you are missing your fertile window. Are you tracking your ovulation? Or do you know when you ovulate

I’m back !!!!😁😁 so… still no period .. I went to a different doctor on the 8th of this month and idk why my urine pregnancy test came out negative so they have me an appointment for this Friday coming up to do an ultrasound.. but to be honest I know I am pregnant lately I’ve been feeling some light movements.. but I just don’t understand why it keeps coming out negative my last period was April 6 since then no period at all
