Has anyone else tried the Maca Root & Ashwaganda method to get pregnant? If so how long did it take you to conceive?

This will be literally my second month back with a period and so far they are reoccurring, but I just don’t want to be taking this for no reason you know? Any other recommendations??

I was using Flo to be able to track my ovulation, I’ve been getting all the feels nauseous like a mf and way more tired then I’m used too but who knows. Fingers crossed**

It depends on your body and how it responds. For some it’s instant for others it takes a while, then there are some that nothing happens

How true is it, taking prenatals will help you get pregnant? 🤔 I have not tried this method yet, and was wondering if it worked, how long does it take for them to work or "help"?

okay cause I get faint a lot and my OB says it regular but I don't think it is . I don't think he's concerned as he should. I may switch OB to a lady anyway but still I wanted to make sure if it was something I was missing

I am now 8 weeks and 2 days PP and I haven’t started a cycle since giving birth. Does anyone know how long it’s supposed to take to come back? I’m pumping, if that has anything to do with it. Too scared to take a test 🤦🏾♀️
