Don’t tense up during contractions but breathe deep as if blowing out candles and pace yourself.

For all the moms out there, what were your guys first signs of pregnancy before you tested? I could possibly be pregnant and I’m feeling some symptoms but it’s a few days to early to test.

I have my c-section in 9 days! This will be my first and last … tell me what to expect? What all do I need to pack for the hospital?

My first c section was an emergency one.. but honestly hospital gives u everything u need.. loose clothing for when you leave is a must..! Also get up and walk as soon as they tell you you can and they will give you pain meds but if u dont need them stick to tylenol the pain meds will constipate you and pushing after a c section is a nightmare stool softners will help! Going for my second c section in may ❤️👣

First time dad so he don’t know what to expect you would’ve thought he learned something about pregnancy im in the 9 th month!! Still asking me why I sleep all day (so annoying) dude I’m 9 months pregnant 😖

My doctors office called me today, they want me to come in for my first appointment tomorrow! I’m so nervous I have no idea what to expect since this is my first pregnancy.

Methotrexate for ectopic? My first ectopic loss and I'm not sure what to expect

I had an ectopic pregnancy over 2 years ago. I had to get two shots at two different times. The whole process was a little painful. But I'm glad that the shots worked because if it had enough and surgery would have been required and I could have possibly lost one of my tubes and ovarie

Definitely give them tylenol before going, i made that mistake of not doing that & we ended up in the ER with 102.2 temp

Anytime my kids have had shots it's been recommended that I give them tylenol. So I do that and I message the area after bath time.
