Cramps in early pregnancy how long do cramps last?

How do you tell the difference between pelvic pain and cramps to be concerned about? I sometimes have cramps that last for 10-15 seconds, and my anxiety takes over. They feel like menstrual cramps.

Guys I’m scared I started cramps about a couple hours ago and I started off as period cramps but now I’m having intense cramps that tighten every 8-10 mins, could this be Braxton? Or early labor ?

Anyone else get leg cramps? This is my 3rd pregnancy and this go around I felt awful and now leg cramps I'm 16weeks and 2 days and I'm already over this pregnancy. Also anyone still getting sick? Without zofran I will be sick all day long.

hey mommies i’m 4 weeks 2 days and i’m so over the leg cramps back and stomach cramps ugh but thank god i’m not spitting and throwing up how i was with my first 2 pregnancy they are both girls🤷🏽‍♀️ i feel fine other then the cramps
