Blood test to confirm pregnancy, is it reliable ?

Hi Ladies.. I recently found out I am pregnant and I had a full period a week before my positive pregnancy test. I went to doctor to confirm and indeed I was right. But the thing that had the nurse confused was that my baby wasn’t yet conceived. So I got blood taken 3 different appointments to check for my HCG levels and my blood levels didn’t meet 600. they only increased to 261-358 .. last week I spotted all week. No pain or anything or blood clots seen. so I'm very nervous about an ectopic pregnancy.

First appt today to confirm pregnancy, due January 6 according to them. Second appt tomorrow to meet with a councilor & first glucose test. Patiently but impatiently waiting for our first ultrasound appt 🥲💜

Today was my anatomy scan, the doctor tried to see the gender of my baby and the whole time she or he was with legs crossed 🥺 she says that the blood is reliable, supposedly the blood is a girl but I would still like to see the gender to be sure. What ya girls think 🤔 girl o boy ?

So I just found out I was pregnant yesterday with an at home test at 11DPO. I went to the doctor today to confirm with a blood test and I am very pregnant. This is my first pregnancy so i am a little nervous and want to make sure everything goes good especially since I know the first 4-12 weeks are the hardest to get through due to possible miscarriages etc. Does anyone have any advice & tips? My first appointment is January 23rd I will be 7 weeks then.

Unfortunately had a miscarriage 9.12.22 and we want to try again. I took 2 pregnancy that showed negative. To confirm no levels from previous pregnancy My doctor did blood work and it showed Hgc level 14. She wants me to go again to check blood work but We haven't been careful. Anyone has tried again after a miscarriage?

I took a pregnancy test Saturday night and it was positive I call my obgyn to get a blood test to confirm and on my way home got my period... lol so I was feeling nervous about being pregnant again and my hubby took it so well and then yesterday that happen..happened. I feel sad today and I can sense my hubby too .... just venting

So ,today I had an appointment and my baby moves so much the doctor could see my baby .so they did a blood tests and told me it was a boy ❤️. How reliable is it ? Is it enough or I have to ask for another test or sonogram?
