What should I do if I come down with something? I have nausea (which is unusual for me), sore throat, cough, headache and my temp is 99.9. The midwife said to just take tylenol but i’m scared to take anything while being pregnant. Will my baby be ok? Should i go to the ER? Update: I went to the ER last night and tested positive for the Flu. The doctor proscribed me Tamiflu.

Rest and lots of fluid. Water, Gatorade, clear broth, etc.
I try to avoid any meds but if you need, Tylenol (correct dosage only- don’t go over and for short a period as possible) is ok.
If fever gets to 101 or higher, then seek medical help but no reason yet.

I have been sick with a really bad cold it’s going around unfortunately and I asked the doctor if my baby will be okay and he said yes and they said if you suck on pepper mints and cough drops it should help

Try preggie pops.. you can buy them off of Amazon they are only $5 for a pack and they have helped me amazing!! Deff life saver/something I can't live with out

Has any other mothers experience nausea coming back at 20 weeks and six days pregnant?

What do you do to help it my OB/GYN prescribe me some nausea medication but I had side effects of it so I quit taking it because it makes me really dizzy and feel like everything spending when I take it

Try drinking fresh squeezed lemon in water .. i drunk that throughout the day in my first trimester & it helped me when other stuff didnt

Hey mommas☺️ I’ve been recently experiencing weird nausea, I barley got sick my whole pregnancy I was just fine I did some but now all of a sudden it came back at almost 21 weeks pregnant ? I literally haven’t been sick since like 9 week’s pregnant. Should I be worried about this?

I’m 27 almost 28 weeks and still experience it like every other day but if I just eat some crackers when I first wake up it usually goes away pretty fast.

I was feeling cramps in my early stages around 3 to 6 weeks pregnant I should be on my 10 weeks now but I feel completely normal I don’t feel anything at all no cravings no nausea or anything is that okay to feel normal?

Try just having little snacks thru out the day, honestly I had to start taking zofran just to get thru my first trimester. I couldn't even handle water. You could also try ginger chews.

Rainbow baby, soo been freaking out pretty much this whole time pretty sure I'm around 10 weeks haven't been to doctor yet appt should be in a couple days, is it normal to be 10 weeks and not really have morning sickness, I've had nausea but all been sick a handful of times, anything you can tell me I should be feeling at 10 weeks so I feel normal!!! Oh mama no worries my frist one was a rainbow baby and I had the feeling but didn't experience morning sickness into my second trimester but no worries and you want to know something else I didn't even experience a water break all I experienced was the mucus plug and contractions and then went into labor less than 30 minutes but I sure was feeling all the other symptoms breast tenderness cravings moodiness
