Pregnancy after IVF

You have reached the end of the road and your IVF was successful...

Congratulations, now it's your turn to be pregnant, with all its joys... and worries.

  • Pregnancy after IVF is not much different from a traditional pregnancy.
  • However, putting all the chances on your side to keep your baby warm requires some precautions.
  • Remember to rest regularly.
  • Give yourself plenty of sleep and even naps if you can.
  • Eat a well-balanced diet and choose foods rich in vitamins to prevent the risk of deficiencies.
  • Drink plenty of fluids, but avoid alcohol altogether.
  • And finally, make the most of these precious moments!

I have an 8 month old. We started the IVF process again. I am thinking to transfer 2 embryos this time and just be done. Can anyone with twins list pros and cons of having 3 under 3. We both work full time. We will probably hire help a few days a week. Either pay my mom or his mom during our busy season at work. The whole IVF process is very stressful, I am tired. I don't want to do it after this one. But I also am scared of possible complications.

26 weeks with a baby boy. My first pregnancy. It’s also an IVF pregnancy. He is the size of a 28 week old so he’s growing faster than normal. My original delivery date was 11/10/23 but my doctors have changed it to 10/31!!! Halloween baby ❣️

Our 8w2d scan!! Heartbeat 167bpm. So happy to be at this stage after 2 years of fertility treatments! Here’s our 3 try with IVF. 😍 I’m so grateful right now…

I just lost my pregnancy at 8 weeks last Wednesday and turned 40 Tuesday. Hearing your pregnant after 2 years fertility gives us hope as they said our chances are significantly lower. Best of luck to u and thanks for giving us hope.

I went for my seven week ultrasound yesterday and babies heart rate is 94 which is low for this time . Should be 110 bpm at 7 weeks. Anyone else experience this. Also this is an IVF pregnancy so I am freaking out!

Normal heart beat is 90- 110 once you get further along the baby’s heart beat is faster so you shouldn’t be worried

I swear I’m so bloated. This is our second round of IVF, and I can’t tell if it’s the medicine or just normal pregnancy but man oh man. I can’t wait to feel her move around

I’m so nervous. I had a miscarriage before at 8 weeks 4 days and we are now pregnant again via IVF and I’m almost at the 8 week marker. And I have no morning sickness.. is this normal? My breasts hurt on and off but not constantly. Pregnancy after loss is not for the faint of heart :(

I went through it 3 times I did acupuncture the first two an I miscarry the first two at 6weeks 5 days I am currently 22 weeks pregnant with my 3rd IVF transfer it wasn't easy I did my shots my last one was when I hit 10 weeks and I have to say the worst of them all was the progesterone shot you have to do in your butt muscle so I had my husband give it to me every morning but the whole process is well worth it I can't wait to hold my little boy in the end just keep your head up an stay positive don't let people try an give you negative thoughts because stress isn't good when you're going through this process I hope you get your little bundle of joy at the end of all this 💓💙
