Had my girls on the 23rd they are the greatest gift I've ever gotten. Had them vaginally with an epidural and had a slight tear. I was up walking 10 minutes after giving birth. I'm 3 days postpartum almost fully done bleeding and haven't been feeling cramps much either. Only downfall is all this swelling my legs are so swollen it's annoying

Ok ladies im suffering with postpartum anxiety......heart palpitations are bad. I'm starting meds tomorrow but does anyone have any advice? I'm almost 3 weeks postpartum

With my first I had bad postpartum I almost ended my self when he was 2 weeks and I called the suicide line. Now with this pregnancy I haven't had them as bad. I've been distracted, and I talk to a therapist. I get myself distracted.
